What does Miaumaru mean?
The name Miaumaru (meow-mah-roo) was inspired by my Final Fantasy XIV IGN, Miau Taru. Miau also sounds like "meow" and I am a big fan of Maru the cat.

Miaumaru is based in New York, United States. All orders ship out from this location.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Processing times to pack and ship out orders usually take 1-3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location. Below are estimated shipping times:
US: 1 week delivery
Canada: 1-2 weeks delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free USA shipping is available on orders $50 and above. Free shipping will be automatically applied in checkout if the $50 order minimum is met. No code is necessary.
I preordered an item / purchased a restocked item, when can I expect my order?
Generally, keychain and charm preorders/restocks take around 3-4 weeks. Enamel pin preorders/restocks take around 5-8 weeks. If your order includes a restock or preorder item, your package will be shipped once the restock or preorder item is available. Thank you for your patience!
What is your return / exchange policy?
All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
